About the event
You invest in the futuere 180 days out of the year. Invest in YOU and learn how to cultivate self-care not only during the Summer but throughout the school year.
Participants will take part in guided meditations and learning what it means to become a Self-Care Ritualist. Participants will receive Dr. Falami's Self-Care Ritualist Journal and 28 card affirmation deck
